In support of the City's vision of developing one of the best agricultural event venues in the Southeast, the City allocated funds from the November 2015 SPLOST to develop approximately 150+ acres of undeveloped land on Highway 25 for the site of the Hephzibah Agricultural Center.
In 2022 the City completed construction on the first phase of the project--a 70,000 square foot Arena. The Arena features a covered multi-purpose arena, concession facility, and farmer's market.
