The Hephzibah Planning Commission consists of three members, appointed by the Chairman and Board of Commissioners. The committee meets as needed to hear requests for updates to the City zoning ordinances as well as requests to change zoning classifications by property owners. The Planning Commission then makes a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners for consideration.
